1 General Principles

By accessing the bat bdt platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between bat bdt and the user. It is your responsibility to read them in full before using the service.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. bat bdt services may only be used for personal and entertainment purposes. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

• These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Bangladesh.
• bat bdt reserves the right to partially or fully suspend services at any time without prior notice.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on bat bdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being cancelled at any time and any pending balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as on national identity card)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth (to prove age of 21 or above)
• Email address (optional, but recommended)
• Preferred payment method details

2.2 Account Verification

bat bdt reserves the right to initiate the account verification process at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued identity document may be requested for verification. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each user may hold only one account on bat bdt. Operating multiple accounts or running an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and balances forfeited.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility 21+

All bat bdt services — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games — are for persons aged 21 or above only. If a user is found to be a minor or fails age verification, the account will be closed immediately.

Parents are urged to ensure their children cannot access bat bdt or any similar platform. If documents are requested for age verification, they must be provided.

• Registration or use of services is prohibited for anyone under 21.
• Registering with a false age will result in forfeiture of all deposited funds.
• Account holders are responsible for keeping their device and login details secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bat bdt currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
• Enter the deposit amount correctly — transactions with incorrect amounts may take time to rectify.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• It is advisable to have account verification completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• bat bdt reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and investigate in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Available Payment Methods

Methods currently available for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bat bdt offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bat bdt receive a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly bat bdt Deposit Gift: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.
• bat bdt Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳3,000; 15x wagering.
• Friday Special Reload Offer: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳4,000; 18x wagering.
• Birthday bat bdt Reward: up to ৳1,500; 10x wagering; account verification must be complete.
• Refer a Friend, Get bat bdt: up to ৳2,000; 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bat bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud is found in meeting bonus requirements, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the bat bdt platform is conducted under specific rules. It is the user's responsibility to understand the rules of each game or bet before participating.

6.1 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bat bdt will settle bets in accordance with its stated policy.
• bat bdt reserves the right to cancel bets accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Bets accepted before an odds change are generally settled at the original odds, though exceptions may apply in cases of an obvious error.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no result is predetermined.
• If the connection is lost, the game state is saved and play can resume from that point upon reconnection.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or following a gaming strategy with the intention of abusing bonuses.
• Using bots, automated software or any hacking tools.

In no circumstance will bat bdt's liability exceed the user's actual loss, and no compensation will be provided for indirect or incidental damages.
